Ms. Bell has over 24 years of experience in business development and executive-level management. Throughout her career, she has excelled in establishing and maintaining key business relationships with owners, designers, and contractors in a variety of industries including transportation, industrial, institutional, energy, and aviation. In addition to marketing and business development, her expertise extends to operations, human resources, management, and project administration including development of cost estimates, records research, permit and access coordination, and serving as a liaison between project owner and field operations.
