Statewide Surveying, Photogrammetry, and Subsurface Utility Designation and Location On-Call Contact

RA has consecutively contracted with VDOT’s Geospatial Program to provide on-call surveying support for any and all transportations projects across the Commonwealth. Licensed surveyors from RA have managed hundreds of individual task order assignments, including ongoing coordination with VDOT District Surveyors.

Project Managers at RA determine and refine project scopes, prepare proposals for requested tasks, assign tasks based on location and schedule, and coordinate preparation of right-of-entry (ROE) information. Additional responsibilities include both coordination and management of in-house and subconsultant task managers to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, providing quality reviews of Department deliverables and reports, as needed.
