Noman Cole Wastewater Treatment Plant Survey

RA was contracted by the County to create a detailed map of the Noman Cole Wastewater Treatment Plant and the areas around it, supporting future development and for general planning purposes. RA's team created a digital-terrain-model (DTM) for two-foot contours using three-dimensional data collected through aerial photography, LiDAR scanning, and conventional survey methods.

Project deliverables included a Civil 3D file containing planimetric features, utilities, and a digital terrain model, along with a sealed PDF survey. RA's photogrammetry department oversaw project planning, quality assurance, and overall delivery for aerial photography and aerial LiDAR on a project site covering approximately 395 acres of land.
